1. Where do you ship?
   
   • We ship worldwide!
2. Which shipping methods do you use?
   
   • FedEx, UPS for international orders, and USPS for orders within the USA
3. How do you process returns?
   
   • For returns, please contact us and request to return an item. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment (credit, debit) minus a $2.00 return fee ($5.00 return fee applied for international shipping). We then create a return order and a pre-paid shipping label for you.
   • All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date in new, unused condition.
   • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund will be processed at this time. Credit card refunds can take 3-5 weeks to reflect back to your bank. We do not accept returns for any products sold outside of nanoscalescientists.com
4. Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?
   
   • Yes! If you order 10 or more of a single product, you will receive a 10% discount off each individual item.
